Transfers

Transfers - LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER

RESERVATIONS REGULAR TRANSFERS (Shuttle)

  • All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Customers must adress to the "Meeting Point" porch next to the Vodafone Stand, where we will be waiting with a sign identifyng LISBON PICK UP TRANFER or the customer´s name (to be defined on the booking confirmation).
  • Transfers may be shared by multiple clients, therefor with multiple destinations (all in nearby areas/ maximum of 3 stops)

RESERVATIONS PRIVATE TRANSFERS

  • LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER will be waiting on the right side of arrivals area, near the Vodafone Stand with a sign identifyng the customer´s name. 
  • The route from the airport to the adress given on reservation will be held without stops.

SPECIAL FORMAT LUGGAGE / TRANSPORT OF PETS

  • Special luggage with reservations are allowed (surfboards, luggage out of conventional format), since LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER is informed in advance. There is a 5% charge on the total ammount for transporting it.
  • It is only allowed the transportation of pets (dogs and cats) in Private Transfers reserves.

PAYMENTS

  • After filling out the form and sending it, LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER will confirm avaibility to perform the service and will send the info for payment. The client must save and print the booking confirmation, as this will be the proof of payment that must be shown to the driver. All bookings arrangements must be pre paid (One Way or Round Trip).

CHILDREN

  • Children up to 10 years are free. 
  • If any type of chair or booster seat is necessary please inform us when booking.

TRANSFER DURATION / TRANSFER TO OTHER CITIES

  • The journey between airport / city center is approximately 25 to 40 minutes depending on various conditions (weather, traffic). 
  • The prices here shown are for bookings from Lisbon Airport / Lisbon / Lisbon Airport (and vice versa).
  • To other cities outside the center of Lisbon it will be charged due supplement.

DELAYS

  • In case of Regular Shuttle reservations there will be a tolerance of only 10 minutes, after the scheduled hour. Customers may call LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER trying to reschedule for the next hour upon availability.
  • In the case of Private Transfers, the waiting time is 60 minutes at the scheduled time. Unless there is some occasional situations like loss of luggage, please contact LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER in order reschedule the pick up at the airport.

INFO

  • Customers who miss the Shuttle at the appointed time, they can always call LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER so that we can, upon availability, pick them up whenever possible or in the next scheduled hour. 
  • We inform that the Shuttle schedule is every hour (06h00am - 22h00pm)
  • We inform that the average time between landing and passengers exiting with luggage is at least 30-45 minutes. We advise to take these into consideration when booking the Shuttle service.
  • LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER follows through applications, the flight status with the exact hours of landing.

 FESTIVE HOLIDAYS 2017 

  • JANUARY, 01 (NEW YEAR´S DAY) - Additional 100% fee to be applied to the displayed list price.
  • FEBRUARY, 28 (CARNIVAL) - Additional 50% fee to be applied to the displayed list price.
  • APRIL, 14 AND 16 (GOOD FRIDAY AND EASTER SUNDAY) - Additional 50% fee to be applied to the displayed list price.
  • DECEMBER, 24 (CHRISTMAS EVE) - Since 04h00am until 17h00pm
  • DECEMBER, 25 (CHRISTMAS DAY) - Service not available 

Tours

Tours - LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER

RESERVATIONS

  • The Tours reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

DOOR TO DOOR (Hotel, Hostel, Apartment, etc)

  • LISBON PICK UP TRANSFER will always (if possible) pick up and drop off our customers door to door.

DELAYS

  • If there is a delay on the departure or during the tour by the customers, it is automatically deduced on the available time you´ll have for the attractions and sightseeing.

PAYMENTS

  • Tours for reservations will require a 20% fee on the total ammount.

MEALS

  • It will always be explained to customers when the Tour has meal or some extra included.
